Hi, I’m Rob Cornelius
I’ve been exactly where many runners start – making the common mistakes, doing too much too soon, and trying to fit training around a busy life. As a dad, I know how hard it can be to balance running with work and family.
That experience led me to become a qualified running coach and to start a running club for runners of all abilites. Today, I help everyday runners train smarter, stay injury-free and achieve goals they once thought were out of reach.
